About RobCom

We focus on creating structured, accessible spaces where students can build, test, and compete — learning through real engineering challenges rather than theory alone. Our aim is not to replace existing student initiatives or competitions, but to connect them, reduce fragmentation, and lower barriers to participation.

RobCom brings together students, universities, and partners by providing a shared framework for competitions, workshops, and collaborative projects. By doing so, we help practical engineering work become more visible, more organised, and more impactful.

At its core, RobCom exists to support learning through doing — and to make that process clearer, fairer, and easier to engage with for everyone involved.

RobCom is still in its early stages. Before anything was public, many people contributed ideas, feedback, time, and encouragement that helped shape the project.

We’re grateful to students who challenged assumptions, mentors who asked difficult questions, educators who shared practical constraints, and friends who offered honest feedback during early development.
